When you join the Sapphire waitlist, we collect the name, email address, and optional use-case description you submit. We also receive basic request information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to manage early access, send product and launch updates, understand intended product use, prevent abuse, and improve Sapphire.

Storage and service providers

The website is designed for Cloudflare Pages and stores waitlist submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database configured by Sapphire. Hosting providers may process limited technical data to deliver and protect the service.

Sharing

We do not sell waitlist information. We may share data with service providers that operate the website or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We retain waitlist information while early access is active or as needed for legitimate product operations. You may ask to update or remove your submission through the official Sapphire community contact.

Cookies

This release does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential infrastructure may use limited technical storage for security and reliable delivery.
